Industrial Commercial Photography | Junair Spray Booth with Oakley
Professional photography for buisnesses
This commercial photography project for Junair took me inside one of the most impressive industrial spaces I’ve photographed to date. A purpose built spray booth designed to accommodate something the size of luxury horse boxes, created for their client Oakley.
The scale of the space was immediately striking. Built to handle large, high-end vehicle finishes, the booth is engineered for precision, airflow, and heat and capturing that in stills meant thinking carefully about perspective, scale, and detail.
I worked alongside Joe from Xposure Creative, who captured video and drone footage, while I focused on still imagery for Junair’s commercial use.
Photographing a Large Scale Industrial Space
We began the day with a full walkthrough of the space, allowing us to understand how the booth operates and what features were most important to highlight. From there, we moved into capturing a wide range of imagery from both external and internal, with a mix of:
-
Wide shots to show the full scale of the booth
-
Mid-range images to demonstrate workflow and structure
-
Detail shots focusing on finishes, mechanisms, and materials
Although there was a loose shot list, my approach was to document the space comprehensively. This gives the client flexibility later wyhen selecting imagery that works across their website, marketing, presentations, or sales materials.
