FAQ
Here are some of my FAQ but if you have more just ping me a message!
When you have decided I am the one for you both let me know what package you would like to go ahead with and I will send you a contract (it protects us both) and an invoice, which you need to pay a minimum of 20% and the final balance in full 30 days before your date.
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid I am all yours!
I happily accept payment plans. I understand weddings are expensive so I like to try make things as accessible as possible. Just let me know your plan for payments and I can make sure it is laid out ready for you.
Please note I only accept BACS or cash as payment methods.
Depending on the location of your venue(s), additional travel or accommodation costs may apply. This is usually only needed for longer distances or when the journey is known to be tricky. I’ll always let you know upfront once I have the details of your locations and plans.
Sometimes couples like to have their photo and video coverage done with one person. I can absoloutely do this, just be sure to give me all the details to make sure I can create the best bespoke video package for you!
I capture both photo and video seamlessly throughout your day using professional cameras that are designed for both. I move intuitively between photographing and filming, focusing first on real moments as they unfold, while gently guiding when needed. This approach keeps your day relaxed and natural, without anything feeling staged or disrupted.
For key moments, my focus is always on what matters most in that moment, ensuring nothing important is missed.
You can also add a second shooter, who can also shoot both to give you those extra angles and coverage. Pick between 4 hours or 8 hours coverage from them.
I will always do my best to get things to you as quick as possible as I know it is super exciting!
You will get some photos/short social video within 24hrs-72hrs depending if I have multiple weddings in the same week. I always aim for the next day, I can't help myself sometimes!
The final gallery/highlight video will follow around 6-12 weeks after. I will keep you in the loop and often post on socials about what stage i am in.
